Description
Phone: iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1
Music Service: Spotify Premium and Rdio Unlimited
Connection: Bluetooth Audio Streaming
Songs/tracks will auto-advance or change on their own, usually towards the end of the song/track. 3.5.1 added an elapse timer on the top left hand corner of the Bluetooth Audio Screen. This elapse timer is often out of sync with the actual timer on the music app on the phone (Spotify). For example, a song/track will start at 1:33 on the elapse timer (instead of 0:00 shown on the phone) and start counting up. Once it reaches some arbitrary number (usually above 4:00), the song/track will change to the next song/track on its own, with no input from the user.
I don't know for sure if the new elapse timer is the cause, but when it's not working (stuck at 0:00), the problem disappears.
